This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     My family and I join our fellow Christians in the observance of Holy Week.

    This season has always been a time for reflection and renewal, more so today as our country is in the midst of calamity and uncertainty.

    However, the Vatican reminds us that Jesus is present “in our many brothers and sisters who today endure sufferings like His Own.”

    As we rededicate ourselves to God and the renewal of our faith, let us also rededicate ourselves to love and respect one another. Let us pray for and help those who suffer.

    Let us continue to seek the mercy and compassion of the crucified Lord. May His death give us lives that love and serve others.
