This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     The Vice President was in Naga for a series of events.

    At 9:30 am, she had a radio interview for OK FM Naga (DZOK 97.5) in PBN Broadcasting Network, Inc., Peñafrancia Ave., Naga City. OK FM is a Bicolano commercial media network.

    At 11:00 am, the Vice President was called on by Australian Devotees of Our Lady of Peñafrancia (ADOLP) in JMR Museum, Naga City. ADOLP is based in Penrith, New South Wales, Australia and is composed of both Filipinos and Australians.

    At 11:30 am, the Vice President was called on by the 12thInternational Earth Science of Olympiad (IESO) Philippine Delegation in JMR Museum, Naga City. The IESO is the premiere international earth science competition for secondary school students 17 years old and below and was held in Thailand. The Philippine Delegation was able to win 3 bronze medals; First Place in the International Team Field Investigation; First and Second Places in the Earth Science Project.
