VACCINE EXPRESS 2ND DOSE – QUEZON CITY
[Robinsons Novaliches Open Parking]
The Office of Vice President Leni Robredo and the Quezon City Government continued their Vaccine Express collaboration, to give the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine to delivery riders and jeepney and tricycle drivers.
The two-day rollout at the Robinsons Novaliches Open Parking on September 13 to 14, 2021 are for drivers and riders who availed of their first dose last August 12 and 13.
This is made possible with the help of Robinsons Novaliches, UBE Express, Integrated Waste Management, Inc., Pilipinas Shell Foundation Inc., WeTV, Smart Communications, Ramesh Trading Corporation, Equilibrium and Curve Collaborators, and other partners under OVP’s Angat Buhay program.
Also taking part in the initiative are volunteer doctors, nurses and medical students from Our Lady of Fatima University, San Beda University College of Medicine, University of Santo Tomas, Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Veterans Memorial Medical Center, Ateneo de Manila University School of Medicine and Public Health, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Perpetual Help Medical Center, Emilio Aguinaldo College of Medicine, CEU School of Medicine, Matias H. Aznar Memorial - College of Medicine, and Adventist University of the Philippines College of Medicine. Members of the 525th Engineering Combat Battalion, 51st Engineer Brigade, of the Philippine Army are also assisting onsite.
