The project that takes its roots from Davao City’s MTD, implemented when the Vice President was serving as mayor.

“Qualified beneficiaries will be entitled to a grant of P20,000 capital and (beneficiaries) will undergo basic business management trainings to engage in ventures like livestock, sari-sari stores, goat dispersal, native chicken and mini-meat processing,” he added.
Aside from implementing necessary programs expected to resolve welfare concerns and economic challenges, Munsayac said they were also proposing a permanent OVP structure for the use of future vice presidents and their personnel.
