This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     The Vice President was in Iloilo for a series of events.

    At 11:00 am, she attended the launch of 10,000,000 Million Mingo Meals (10 MM) in Badiangan. Mingo is a nutritious instant complimentary food made of locally-sourced rice, mung beans, and moringa. It is served in Negrense Volunteers for Change (NVC) Foundation, Inc. Nutrition Program for children from impoverished families.

    At 1:00 pm, she went to the Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon planning and ceremonial awarding of cheques in Assumption, Iloilo City.

    At 5:15 pm, she attended another launch of 10 MMM Feeding at the Municipal Auditorium, Conception.
