This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     At 2:00 pm, the Vice President attended the closing ceremony of Orgullo Kan Bicol (OKB) 2019 in SM Megamall. OKB stands for “Bicol’s Pride” which was first staged in 1996 with only 49 exhibitors. OKB is an annual trade fair organized by the Department of Trade and Industry in partnership with the Department of Tourism and OKB Association which aims to feature a wide array of products carefully selected from the six provinces in Bicol region. This year, there was a total of 297 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME’s) from Bicol region. The objectives of the fair were the following: provide MSME’s better avenues to provide their local products; encourage the exhibitors to explore the global market for their products; and feature different products across the six provinces of Bicol region.
