This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program, BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, they discussed current national issues. They also interviewed Atty. Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno. For the Istorya ng Pag-asa, they interviewed Alex Castro, lawyer and women’s rights advocate; and Tatay Dong, UP Diliman taho vendor. Alex made a Facebook post about Tatay Dong who supported her throughout her college years. Her post received thousands of likes and shares and was even featured in Rappler, Inquirer, and ABS-CBN news.
