This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 8:30 am, the Vice President attended the graduation of Clusters 3 and 4 Senior High School of Roman Catholic Archbishop of Manila (RCAM) Educational System in Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, Intramuros, Manila. The RCAM Educational System is a communion of Christ-centered schools headed by Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, Archbishop of Manila. It is composed of 27 schools divided into 8 clusters.

    In her message, the Vice President also acknowledged the hardwork and efforts of the students’ parents. “Ang bawat sakripisyo, pagtitiis, at patak ng pawis at dugo natin ay hindi napunta sa wala. Napagtapos ninyo sa senior high school ang inyong mga anak. Kaa sa mga magulang pong nandtio ngayon: Congratulations din po sa inyo!”
