This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     The Vice President was in Camarines Sur for a series of events.

    At 12:45 pm, she attended the grand opening of Café Bueño, Antonio’s Events Place, and Jot Buena Floral Couture and Events Design Office in Antoni’s Building, Goa. The Vice President was invited to be the Guest of Honor of the event. Café Bueño is a 43-seater restaurant which serves Asian cuisine and is owned by Mr. Nestor “Jot” Buena and Mr. Antonio Balagtas.

    At 2:15 pm, she proceeded to attend the Kababaihan sa Baniwaan, Padangaton at Tigaon Central School, Tigaon. The event, which translates to “love the women in the community”, was the joint Women’s month celebration of the LGU of Sagñay and Tigaon. The celebration consisted of discussions on current issues women are facing today, awarding of materials for the women’s livelihood projects, and an exhibit to recognize those who participated in the LGU’s Gulayan sa Barangay program in their communities.

    At 4:35 pm, the Vice President went to the 50thAnniversary of the Calauag Homemakers Club (CHC) at Calauag Covered Court, Naga City. CHC consists of various women’s groups in Brgy. Calauag. Some of CHC’s activities include medical missions, tree planting, as well as participation in community rehabilitation projects. During the event, 23 new members were inducted.
