This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program, BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, they interviewed Mijan Jumalon, the First Runner-Up and Winner of Best Editing; Director, ‘Maglabay Ra In Sakit’. The short film, which translates to Lilipas din ang Sakitwas her first film. Through this film, she hopes to show the spirit and resilience of RKJun, a young musician who is determined to pursue rap music even as he is beset by the challenges of poverty, loss, and the effects of terrorism in Southern Mindanao.
