At 1:30 pm, the Vice President attended Omasenso sa Kabuhayan Project Launch in Robinson’s Place Naga, Naga City. The project seeks to build an effective model of inclusive supply chains in Naga by bringing farmers closer to their markets and at the same time, capacitating the farmers to meet the demands of their buyers. Aligned and inspired by the objective of Angat Buhay, it aims to increase the income and improve the well-being of small farmers and their families.

In her speech, the Vice President talked about one of the Office of the Vice President’s roles and that is to go to far flung areas to reach out to the different sectors of society including the farmers.
