This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 2:00 pm, the Vice President met with the Dubredo Army at the Quezon City Reception House. Dubredo Army was established in July 2016. It is an alliance of the supporters of President Duterte and the Vice President, whose mission is “to encourage strong support for the Dutete-Robredo partnership and their administration’s programs through social media and hands on charity works for a better Philippines.”

    At 4:30 pm, she had a radio interview inPasada Sais Trenta of DZMM in ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Quezon City. Pasada Sais Trentais a news and talk radio program on DZMM 630. It is anchored by Peter Musñgi and Patricia Daza. They discussed the current issue of the United Nation’s probe on the country’s drug war and the Recto Bank incident with a Chinese vessel, among others.
