This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     At 4:00 pm, the Vice President was called on by the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. (IWCPI) District 377 at the Quezon City Reception House (QCRH). IWCPI is part of International Inner Wheel that has presence in 103 countries around the world. IWCPI is currently composed of 91 Inner Wheel Clubs divided into 9 Districts across the Philippines with a total of 1,622 members.

    At 7:00 pm, the Vice President attended the International Care Ministries (ICM) Fundraising Dinner at the QCRH. ICM is a non-profit organization that aims to transform the lives of the ‘ultrapoor’ (families living on Php22 per person per day) through support and training services promoting values, health, livelihood, and education. Under its Transform Program, ICM trainers visit partner ultrapoor communities to promote biblical values, conduct sessions on health and sanitation, adult skills-based trainings, financial literacy, and parent-coaching programs.
