This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program, BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, they interviewed Sen. Risa Hontiveros. She was the Primary Author of the Mental Health Act. The Vice President was also an advocate of the law when she was Representative of the Third District of Camarines Sur. They discussed the recently passed Republic Act (RA) No. 11036 or the Mental Health Act. It was signed by President Duterte last June 20, 2018. They also interviewed Florence Rosini, the winner of the Istorya ng Pag-asa Film Festival(INPFF)and the filmmaker of “Ang Biyahe ni Marlon”. Her film is about Marlon Fuentes—a driver with Tourette Syndrome (TS). Despite his condition, he continues to support his family and serves as an inspiration to those who have the same condition. The film aims to raise awareness about TS in the Philippines.
