This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

Interview at the Media Launch of Activities for Sec. Jesse M. Robredo’s 7th Death Anniversary Commemoration

Media Launch of Activities for Sec. Jesse M. Robredo’s 7th Death Anniversary Commemoration

    Quezon City Reception House

REPORTER: VP, finally, the court has allowed Senator [Leila] De Lima to go on furlough. Your thoughts on that?

More than two years na na hindi siya pinapayagang gawin iyong kaniyang trabaho to the fullest.

REPORTER: Ma’am, are we still hopeful na makaka—

VP LENI: Ako, kailangan kasi parati tayong hopeful. Pero tingin ko kapag iyong kuwestiyon na between right and wrong, kailangan walang limits iyon, eh. Kailangan kahit ano pa man iyong haharapin, handa tayo basta alam natin na tama iyong pinapakipaglaban.

REPORTER: Is there anything you would like to say to Secretary De Lima?

    OVP: Okay.

    REPORTERS: Thank you, Ma’am.
