Hungarian Ambassador Pays a Courtesy Call on the Vice President

Duterte received the Hungarian Ambassador, Dr. Titanilla Toth, in a courtesy call today at the Office of the Vice President (OVP) Central Office in Mandaluyong City.

During the call, Ambassador Toth discussed several topics of concern, focusing on education. The Hungarian Ambassador emphasized their government’s Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Program for higher educational studies providing support to 35 Filipino scholars pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in the fields of agriculture and sustainable development, medicine, water management and engineering hydrology, architecture and protection of cultural heritage, natural sciences, and environmental studies, among other fields of interests.
