This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     The Vice President was in Bulacan for a series of engagements.

    She visited Inga Fashion Designs in Bagong Barrio, Pandi. Inga Fashion Designs is one of the new partner sewing communities of the Office of the Vice President for the production of locally-produced Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as part of its COVID-19 response operations. Inga Fashion Designs is a small enterprise registered with the DTI and owned by Montreal, with ten home-based seamstresses. As of January 30, 2021, Inga Fashion Designs has produced 800 level 4 PPEs.

    The Vice President also visited the Pinagbuklod Samahan ng mga Mangingisda sa Hagonoy (PINAGSAMA) in Brgy. Abulalas, Hagonoy. PINAGSAMA is an organization composed of fisherfolk from Hagonoy, Bulacan. They were formed for the purpose of advancing their advocacies related to fisherfolk issues, projects, and programs. The Vice President met with the members and awarded them with a sustainable livelihood subsidy for the purchasing of fishing supplies and to establish their proposed 7 cooperative stores in 5 barangays in the area.

    She also visited Bulacan Motor Riders Federation, Inc. (BMRF) in Malolos. The BMRF is an organization composed of members from the transport and informal worker sectors. They were formed in order to advance issues that concern the riders’ community, such as riders’ safety, inclusive transportation, and livelihood. The Vice President met with the members and awarded them with a sustainable livelihood subsidy to build a consumer cooperative store to help them ensure food security and to provide an alternative source of income to the members, as well as a fund source for their organization.
