This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 3:00 pm, the Vice President attended Paglaum:A Benefit Fundraising for the Pope Francis Village in PETA Theater, New Manila, Quezon City. The event was headed by the Urban Poor Associates (UPA), which is one of the groups comprising the consortium called Francesco for the Pope Francis Village, an in-city resettlement site in Brgy. Diit for 550 families displaced by Typhoon Yolanda that devastated Tacloban City in November 2013. UPA held this event in an effort to gather additional resources for the completion of the remaining housing units. Alongside this event is a Go Fund Me online funding campaign, and a raffle to be drawn on December 21, 2018 in Tacloban City.
