This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 2:15, the Vice President was called on by Former Mayor Hector Villanueva of Bais City, Negros Oriental at the Quezon City Reception House.

    At 3:00 pm, she was called on by Andrew Marasigan, Country Manager of WasteFuel Philippines to present WasteFuel’s business plans to the Vice President and explore possible ways in which WasteFuel can support the Angat Buhay program particularly in the area of women empowerment. WasteFuel is an American-based company specializing in the proprietary integration of commercially proven technologies and social impact components to produce low carbon sustainable jet and diesel fuels via the transformation of municipal solid waste focusing on mega-cities from developing economies around the world.
