This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.       At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, they discussed issues relevant today. They also interviewed John Rey “Biboy” Plaza for the Istorya ng Pag-asa episode. Biboy lost his job in October 2020 when the coffee shop where he worked closed due to the pandemic. He decided to set up his own mobile coffee shop and is now the owner of Kapeweñoz.

      She visited Inga Fashion Designs in Bagong Barrio, Pandi. Inga Fashion Designs is one of the new partner sewing communities of the Office of the Vice President for the production of locally-produced Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as part of its COVID-19 response operations. Inga Fashion Designs is a small enterprise registered with the DTI and owned by Montreal, with ten home-based seamstresses.       She visited Kaisahang Lakas ng Kababaihan (LNK) in Talim Island, Cardona. Kaisahang LNK is an all-female group composed of 24 members, who currently produce boxer shorts and other shorts based from the orders of their subcontracting clients.       The Vice President was called on by the Pederasyon ng mga Barangay Kagawad ng Pilipinas (PBKP) Officers at the Quezon City Reception House. The PBKP aims to provide programs to improve the knowledge and capabilities of its members and help them become more efficient and effective public servants.       Work continues at the Office of the Vice President as VP Leni Robredo marks her 55th birthday on Thursday, April 23, 2020. The Office received today 10 units of Raider J Crossover motorcycles and 20 helmets from Suzuki Philippines, Inc., which may be used by frontliners who are staying in the dormitories opened by the OVP and its Angat Buhay partners. With the help of logistics partners, the OVP also sent today more personal protective equipment (PPE) sets to areas including Iloilo, Bacolod City, Aklan, Dumaguete City, Bohol, Tacloban City, Hilongos (Southern Leyte areas), Region X provinces, Pagadian City, Butuan City, and Surigao. These sets included locally produced protective suits, made through the Office’s collaboration with the Manila Protective Gear Sewing Club—an initiative in partnership with fashion and manufacturing companies, and even women in communities in need.
