This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

Statement of OVP Spokesperson, Atty. Barry Gutierrez on recent Pulse Asia survey

VP Leni's numbers are respectable considering that she has been focused on working on Covid-19 response initiatives and has paid no attention to the frantic positioning for 2022 at all. We remain confident, when, and if, she decides to run for President, the numbers will be there. Hindi pa nagsisimula ang laban.

Response of Vice President Leni Robredo to Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Zhao Lijian’s Remarks on the 5th Anniversary of The Hague Ruling

Ako, alam mo, while the tone is unnecessary and unfortunate, hindi na ako nagulat. The message is actually expected, kasi ganoon naman, ‘di ba? Statement of Vice President Leni Robredo on the 5th Anniversary of the Philippine Victory at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague

Today marks 5 years of missed opportunities regarding the West Philippine Sea.

On July 12, 2016, the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague enshrined in international law the validity of our claims in the West Philippine Sea. Since then, national leadership has yet to fully flex the ruling as an instrument to pursue our national interests, failing to invoke it in strong enough terms in the forums that matter most. Our fisherfolk remain unable to ente...

Statement of Vice President Leni Robredo on the Jolo plane crash
