NOTICE OF AWARD

Dear Mr. Guanco:
This is to inform you that as a result of the Open Competitive Bidding for the Procurement of Vehicles conducted on July 17, 2012, your proposal was the only one received and we found your bid, for a total Contract Price of PESOS: Four Million Nine Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four Pesos (Php4,973,694.00), meets our specification and thus we award the contract to you.
You are hereby required to file your Performance Security equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price or PESOS: Two Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and Seventy Centavos (Php248,684.70) in Cash, Cashier’s Check, Manager’s Check, or bank guarantee/draft within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of this Notice of Award (NOA).
The original NOA with signature on “CONFORME” shall be returned within two (2) working days upon receipt of the approved NOA.
Please bear in mind that failure to provide the Performance Security shall constitute sufficient grounds for rescission of the award and forfeiture of the Bid Security.
